Gilpin Street is a single family residence located in Denver, CO. The owners wanted to renovate the main level of their home, so they hired NestBuilder to lead the renovations. The clients wanted an open floor plan with a modern kitchen.

Role: Architectural Designer

Duties: 

• Develop plans, elevations, etc. required to submit for review to Client’s, Contractors, DOB, etc. 

• Assist with the interior decoration aspects such as selection and ordering of FF&E

• Work with all contractors, consultants, trade partners and clients
