Everett Street is a single family residence located in Lakewood, CO. The clients recently purchased the home and wanted to modernize the interior. They hired NestBuilder to lead the renovation. The clients had originally only wanted to renovate the main level of the home, but after further discussion they decided to renovate the entire interior which included the basement and upper level.

Role: Architectural Designer

Duties: 

• Develop plans, elevations, etc. required to submit for review to Client’s, Contractors, DOB, etc. 

• Assist with the interior decoration aspects such as selection and ordering of FF&E

• Work with all contractors, consultants, trade partners and clients
