Columbine Street was a single family residence that was converted to a multifamily residence with 7 rental units. It now has 1 studio apartment, 5 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment. Discussions for adding an additional 2 one-bedroom apartments in the basement are currently in progress.

Role: Architectural Designer

Duties: 

• Develop plans, elevations, etc. required to submit for review to Client’s, Contractors, DOB, etc. 

• Assist with the interior decoration aspects such as selection and ordering of FF&E

• Create trade accounts, gather samples, follow up on orders, check delivered products 

• Work with all contractors, consultants, trade partners and clients

• Schedule regular site visits to ensure progress of project
